SORNChat Orderline (also called Orderline; product of the SORNChat brand) is a web application that helps shops receive LINE Official Account chats, review them in a web inbox, create sales orders, and optionally export or sync order data to Google Sheets or CSV.

1. Data we collect / ข้อมูลที่เก็บ

• Google account (sign-in): email, name, Google subject ID via OpenID Connect — used to create and authenticate your shop workspace.
• Google Sheets connection (optional): OAuth access and refresh tokens so we can create or update spreadsheets you choose. We request only the scopes needed to read/write spreadsheet content and list spreadsheets for picker UI.
• LINE channel credentials you paste (channel access token and channel secret), stored encrypted, so we can receive webhooks and load customer display names/pictures.
• LINE chat & order data: messages, customer LINE IDs, display names, profile pictures, and order fields you create (name, phone, address, items, amounts).
• Billing metadata (if you purchase export plan): Stripe customer/subscription IDs and plan status — card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Orderline.

2. How we use Google user data / การใช้ข้อมูล Google

When you connect Google Sheets, Orderline uses Google APIs solely to:

• Create a spreadsheet for orders (if you choose “create sheet”).
• List recent spreadsheets so you can pick one.
• Write order rows into the spreadsheet you selected (after you unlock export features).

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to run the service (e.g. Cloudflare infrastructure hosting the app) or when required by law.

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Storage & security / การจัดเก็บและความปลอดภัย

• Application data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (database) bound to the Orderline worker.
• OAuth tokens and LINE secrets are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) with a server-side key before storage.
• Sessions use HTTP cookies scoped to the Orderline app domain.

4. Sharing / การแบ่งปัน

We share data only with:

• Cloudflare — hosting, edge compute, and database.
• Stripe — payment processing when you buy an export plan.
• LINE / Google — only via their APIs when you connect those services.
• Service providers under contract if needed to operate Orderline, under confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention & deletion / เก็บนานแค่ไหน / ลบข้อมูล

• Shop, chat, order, and connection data are retained while your account remains active.
• You may disconnect Google Sheets at any time by revoking access in your Google Account permissions.
• To request deletion of your Orderline workspace data, email the support contact below. We will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

6. Your choices / ทางเลือกของคุณ

• Sign in is required to use the product.
• Connecting LINE and Google Sheets is optional and controlled by you.
• Export/sync of orders to Sheets is gated behind a paid export plan; connecting Sheets for setup may be available earlier, but bulk sync follows plan rules shown in the app.

7. Children / เด็ก

Orderline is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Changes / การเปลี่ยนแปลง

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of Orderline after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
