These Terms govern use of SORNChat Orderline (the “Service”) at orderline.sornchat.com, operated under the SORNChat brand.

1. The Service / บริการ
Orderline provides tools for shops to connect a LINE Official Account, view inbound chats, create and manage orders, and optionally export or sync order data to Google Sheets or CSV. Features may differ between free and paid plans as shown in the product UI.
2. Accounts / บัญชี
- You sign in with Google. You must keep credentials secure and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity under your shop workspace.
- You must have rights to the LINE Official Account and Google account you connect.
3. Acceptable use / การใช้งานที่เหมาะสม
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering beyond legal rights, abusing APIs, or using the Service for illegal content or spam. You must comply with LINE, Google, and Stripe terms when using those integrations.
4. Customer data / ข้อมูลลูกค้าของคุณ
You own the content you bring into Orderline (chats, orders, customer details). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for lawful collection of customer personal data under applicable privacy laws (e.g. PDPA).
5. Third-party services / บริการภายนอก
Integrations with Google, LINE, Stripe, and Cloudflare are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not liable for outages or policy changes of third parties.
6. Paid plans / แพ็กเกจชำระเงิน
Paid export/subscription features are billed via Stripe. Prices and inclusions are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts.
7. Availability & disclaimers / ความพร้อมใช้งาน
The Service is provided “as is.” We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability / จำกัดความรับผิด
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orderline and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits/data. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim (or zero if you are on a free plan).
9. Termination / การสิ้นสุด
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risks to the Service or other users. Upon termination, access may end; residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
10. Changes / การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms where allowed by law.
